LinkedIn Recruiter training, advanced tech sourcing and AI — People Attraction Theory
(prove me wrong)
Strategy ➔ Control ➔ Mastery. Three modules built by People Attraction Theory, the training practice I founded in 2017. Led by a sourcer who still sources every week for clients.
Your tools should not lead you. The method should.
- Microsoft
- Zalando
- Sopra
- Ivalua
- CERN
Dominant. With no real competitor.
LinkedIn has become the dominant tool of sourcing. As long as the data belongs to LinkedIn, mastering LinkedIn Recruiter is non-negotiable.
- 1.2 B manually entered profiles
- 100 % of data belongs to LinkedIn
- Algos and filters shape every result
- Cost of licenses keeps rising
- AI internal logic hard to read
« Without method, LinkedIn Recruiter produces noise. »
Most sourcers use only a fraction of the tool's potential while believing they use all of it. That false sense of mastery makes real learning even harder.
Three modules.
Half a day each. Strategy, then control, then mastery.

What I'm asked the most.
How is this different from an official LinkedIn Recruiter training?
Official LinkedIn trainings explain the tool as it is documented: visible filters, standard workflows, public best practices.
This one goes further: how the internal AI actually works, ranking biases, undocumented operators identified independently, hacks to reach hidden talent pools. Above all, it embeds LinkedIn Recruiter mastery into a broader attraction strategy (Module 1): minimize raw sourcing by maximizing all other channels. No one does that at LinkedIn.
Is the training accessible to Recruiter Lite license holders?
Yes. Some advanced features are missing on Lite, but the technique and hidden operators still work.
Corporate, RPS and Lite licenses are all eligible. If your team is mixed (some Corporate, others Lite), the training adapts without issue.
How do I choose between the modules?
Three typical cases.
You source occasionally (less than one day per week): Modules 1 + 2. You need strategy and structure.
You source daily: Modules 2 + 3. You need to go deeper into the tool.
You want full coverage with no blind spot: Module 1 in VOD plus Modules 2 + 3 live. The complete vision.
What formats are available?
In-house: in-person or remote, only for your teams, calibrated to your stack, maximum 12 attendees per group, 2-month replay included for remote.
Inter-company: open sessions, free registration, remote with 2-month replay or in-person depending on scheduled sessions (Paris notably).
Is the training available in English?
Yes. All three modules are delivered in English or French depending on your team. Several international bootcamps have already taken place in English for Talent Acquisition teams of scale-ups across Europe and in the United States.
Is there a certification or a badge?
Yes. Trained attendees receive an official People Attraction Theory LinkedIn badge, visible on their profile.
You can verify the quality of the training by searching for this badge on LinkedIn and asking trained people directly what they got from it, no intermediary, no filtered testimonial.
Which companies have already trained their teams?
Microsoft, Zalando, Sopra, Ivalua, CERN among other European scale-ups and large enterprises. Centralized Talent Acquisition teams, IT recruiters, R&D sourcers, deep-tech teams.
