Speaking  ·  Guillaume Alexandre

Speaker on sourcing, AI and the transformations of recruitment.

AI recruitment keynote speaker on advanced sourcing and the future of talent acquisition

Know-how matters.
Making it known matters more.

Twenty years in recruitment, twelve of them on the sourcing front line. More than twenty international conferences in nine countries, in French and in English.

What makes the difference

When I speak, I come from a live mission, not from a PowerPoint gathering dust in a Drive folder. I talk about AI in the workplace, the transformation of recruitment, advanced sourcing, RecOps. In your keynotes, in-house seminars, masterclasses, panel discussions, and sometimes in the conference of a Swiss French HR chapter that simply wants strong content for its members.

My speaking topics.

Six topics, all worked from the field. Each topic translates into a keynote, a long-form conference, a masterclass or a panel.

  1. Artificial intelligence at work and in recruitment

Beyond the buzz and the ChatGPT slides. What AI concretely changes in the recruitment chain, what it does not change, and what it quietly shifts. Live demonstrations on tools used daily, including my own (Patricia, Arhiane).

  2. The transformation of TA and HR organisations

How Talent Acquisition functions are being redrawn under the combined pressure of AI, remote work and the candidate-driven market. Case studies from my recent audits, no consulting-firm theory.

  3. Advanced sourcing

Twenty years of practice on the roles others cannot find: R&D, quantum physics, deep-tech, niche topics. Methods, tools, mindset. Why sourcing is not a Boolean skill but a discipline of attraction.

  4. LinkedIn and People Attraction Theory

Advanced mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, down to mechanics the tool does not document. People Attraction Theory is my proprietary training, already followed by 150 to 200 recruiters every year.

  5. RecOps, the engineering of recruitment

The emerging discipline that structures recruitment operations the way one would structure a supply chain. Audit, tooling, automation, AI. Reserved for organisations crossing a certain scale (500+ employees).

  6. The future of the recruiter's role

What will disappear, what will emerge, what will not move. A clear-eyed reading, without techno-solutionism or nostalgia. Keynote or closing-conference format.

The formats I offer.

Five formats, from shortest to most immersive. All available in French or in English. The topics are fixed; the angle is built with the organiser upfront.

  1. 30 to 45 min 100 to 1,000+ people

    Keynote

Opening or closing an event. Large audience, up to a thousand people or more. The format where I set the tone and trigger reflection, not where I deliver a complete method.

  2. 45 to 90 min Targeted audience

    Conference

A topic treated in depth, with live demonstrations and Q&A. Experienced audience, recruiters or HR who want higher-level content, not a generic state of play.

  3. Custom In-house teams  ·  executive committee

    In-house corporate seminar

Internal format, calibrated for your TA / HR teams or for an executive committee. Variable duration, on-site in Geneva, Lausanne, Paris, or remote anywhere. Ideal to spark an internal transformation.

  4. 2 to 4 hours 15 to 50 people

    Masterclass

Workshop format. We get into the practice: demonstrations, exercises, concrete tools, live feedback. Closer to a short training than a conference.

  5. 45 to 60 min Moderation or panel

    Panel and moderation

Moderator or panellist. The format where I have eight years of practice at Tru Geneva (host from 2014 to 2022). I know how to welcome a debate, hold the pace, draw out those who do not put themselves forward.

My speaker experience.

More than twenty international conferences since 2014, in nine countries, in French and in English. Active and recognised member of the international sourcing community, awarded the Red Shoes Award at the Sourcing Summit Europe.

Milestones

A few markers from a speaker journey, from major international stages to local HR chapters. With no prestige hierarchy.

  • Red Shoes Award  ·  Sourcing Summit Europe

Distinction reserved for speakers and attendees who have taken part in more than ten editions of the Sourcing Summit Europe, the leading sourcing conference on the continent. Lifetime access. I have spoken or attended every year since 2013.

  • Closing keynote  ·  Sourcing Summit Europe Amsterdam 2023

Closing keynote of the event's 10th anniversary, on the theme: « The Sourcing Odyssey: a decade of transformation, the emergence of AI and a look at the future. »

  • First francophone keynote  ·  Sourcecon US

Seattle, March 2020. Sourcecon is the largest sourcing conference in the world on the American side. Topic: behavioural sourcing and sourcer neurodiversity.

  • Finalist  ·  Sourcecon GrandMaster Challenge

Twice, in 2017 and 2019. The world's reference competition in technical sourcing. Two silver medals, which makes me the Poulidor of sourcing.

  • Host  ·  Tru Geneva

Geneva chapter of the unconference franchise created by Bill Boorman. Format with no badge, no slide, no speaker. Hosted from 2014 to 2022, then handed over.

  • Speaker  ·  Salon RH (Geneva) and French-speaking Swiss HR chapters

And, more broadly, corporate seminars and local Swiss conferences. Speaking to eighty French-speaking Swiss HR professionals at a local chapter is just as serious as speaking to eight hundred international sourcers in Amsterdam.

Recent excerpt  ·  Athens, May 2025

Talent Acquisition Conference, Athens, May 2025. Forty minutes on the impact of artificial intelligence on recruitment: what is really changing, what is not, and how to position yourself for the future of work. Topic calibrated for an international HR / TA audience.

Why pick me as a speaker.

Because I come from the field, not from the PowerPoint. Four concrete reasons set me apart from classic HR speakers.

  1. An active practitioner on live missions, not a recycled ex-practitioner

I currently sell complex sourcing at CHF 14,000 per mission. I still audit RecOps operations for scale-ups and insurance companies. The examples I share on stage are last week's, not from seven years ago.

  2. A dual francophone and anglophone culture

I grew up in the international sourcing community, whose centre of gravity is anglophone. I speak the language of European organisers as much as that of American organisers. For a multinational company that wants a bilingual speaker, that is rare.

  3. A triangulated view across sourcing, training, RecOps

The three crafts feed each other. When I speak about sourcing, I also come from training (People Attraction Theory, 150 to 200 recruiters trained per year). When I speak about RecOps, I also come from the sourcing field. That triangulation gives the content a consistency pure theory cannot have.

  4. Someone who facilitates, not just lectures

Eight years of hosting Tru Geneva taught me to welcome a debate, draw out the quiet voices, and not fear disagreement. On stage, I provoke discussion rather than recite a thesis. Organisers who simply want a prestigious orator will look elsewhere.

The questions organisers ask me.

How much does a talk cost?

Quote-based. The fee depends on the format (short keynote, masterclass, in-house seminar), the language, travel and context.

For an initial scoping conversation, the simplest path is to book twenty minutes via Calendar.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three months is ideal to confirm availability and prepare a tailored angle.

For short formats or urgent slots, I often find a way. Around Sourcing Summit Europe or Sourcecon periods, I am booked several months in advance.

What types of events do you speak at?

All types, with no prestige hierarchy. Major international events (Sourcing Summit Europe, Sourcecon), in-house corporate events, HR seminars, Talent Acquisition team offsites, executive committees, French-speaking Swiss HR chapters, local conferences.

Speaking to eighty French-speaking Swiss HR professionals at a local chapter is just as serious as speaking to eight hundred international sourcers in Amsterdam.

Do you speak in French and in English?

Yes. I am French, based in French-speaking Switzerland since 2006. I have given conferences in nine countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom. A bilingual or English-speaking event is no problem.

Do you travel to speak?

Yes, across Europe, and further if the format justifies it. I am forty minutes from Geneva airport.

Remote recording is also an option if the event does not allow in-person delivery.

Do you accept podcasts and interviews?

Yes, if the topic is seriously prepared and the audience matches my ecosystem: recruitment, sourcing, RecOps, AI in the workplace.

French rather than English for podcasts, a format preference.

Can the conference video be used after the event?

No problem, subject to rights negotiated upfront. I even encourage recording and distribution: it is useful for both parties.

Invite Guillaume to speak

Book twenty minutes to talk it through.

No gatekeeper, no long form. You pick a slot on my Calendar and we talk directly about your event, the topic, the format, the context. I reply personally, give an honest view on whether a talk makes sense, and we scope it together if it is aligned.

Know-how matters. Making it known matters more.
