Gates Solutions is not simply a placement agency. Sourcing is my core skill, the calibre. Everything else has been added to that base over the missions, like complication modules grafted onto a watch movement to extend its functions.

From building so many, I put some online, for free, on Free Sourcing Tools. With AI, no more friction between the idea and the prototype: it opens up tools for very specific uses. I am starting to release more complex ones, AI-built. All designed with awareness and expertise.

Everything moves fast. Without sharing, no evolution. 20+ conferences, 9 countries, in French and in English. Host of Tru Geneva.
