In a nutshell, I help big companies fix the attraction part of recruitment. Either for one role by doing the sourcing myself or by helping them upgrade their strategy and train their teams.

Who am I?
My name is Guillaume Alexandre.
Which, I know, is impossible to pronounce correctly if you’re not a native French speaker. But don’t worry and do your best – I’m used to it.
I am a talent sourcer.
The important thing to remember is that I now have 19 years of experience in recruitment, and for the past 12+ years, sourcing has been my passion. I started working as a pure sourcer more than 9 years ago, back when sourcing was still confidential.
In other words, I was a sourcer well before it became trendy! Maybe a dinosaur, but the theory of evolution in sourcing has been exponential—nothing resembles the sourcing of the past, everything is evolving quickly, and I'm proud to be part of this acceleration.
From May 2022 to September 2024, I took on an internal challenge at Reality Labs / Meta to be a Senior Technical Sourcer for 'Advanced Research' profiles for international teams (worldwide scope except for the U.S.). I had the opportunity to see the future up close. In the summer of 2024, I decided to move on to make an impact elsewhere.
I was a finalist twice in the Sourcecon GrandMaster Challenge, in 2017 and 2019. You could say it’s like winning the silver medal at the World Sourcing Championships, a sort of Poulidor of sourcing.
I've spoken at over 20 international recruitment and sourcing conferences in France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Germany, and the U.S., and I was the first French speaker to deliver a keynote at Sourcecon US (March 2020). So, I have all the stamps and credentials, but that’s not what matters most.
I’m also proud to be one of the few sourcers in the world to own the 'red sneakers', the ultimate rank that justifies more than 10 participations at Sourcing Summit Europe and grants lifetime access.
This has allowed me to help over 100 companies recruit around 450 profiles since I started my career. Even better, I’ve already successfully completed more than 55 sourcing assignments, and it's far from over. Does sourcing work? Some of my clients have returned more than 10 times!
My mission (my 'why' for Simon Sinek fans) is to help solve attraction problems in recruitment. I therefore work on complementary topics:
