Mentoring, Continuous Improvement, Auditing
In support of the Talent Acquisition department leaders, in order to provide in-depth field expertise, I engage in coaching and mentoring teams on current positions. My involvement includes periodic visits, a few days a month or quarter, to assess team development and monitor progress. An audit can also be carried out to identify and recommend improvements to organizational processes. Team training is provided either upstream of the project, or on an ongoing basis, depending on specific needs and progress towards objectives.
CHF 2,500 / day (minimum 10-day package), then CHF 2,000 / day
Sourcing
For a targeted position, I carry out a sourcing process structured in 5 sprints, leading to the constitution of a shortlist of qualified candidates. This service also includes market mapping to ensure a strategic understanding of sector dynamics.

Tailor-made service to identify and assess executive profiles. This service includes sourcing, producing detailed reports, engaging candidates, and organizing assessment centers where necessary.

Online Training

Onsite training
Intensive 2-day bootcamp for up to 10 people, offered in French-speaking Switzerland or in locations easily accessible from this region. Can also be run online (4 half-days) for distributed teams.
