In a nutshell, I help big companies fix the attraction part of recruitment. Either for one role by doing the sourcing myself or by helping them upgrade their strategy and train their teams.

Who am I?
My name is Guillaume Alexandre.
Which, I know, is impossible to pronounce correctly if you’re not a native French speaker. But don’t worry and do your best – I’m used to it.
I am a talent sourcer.
I was runner-up twice at the Sourcecon GrandMaster Challenge, in 2017 and 2019. You could say this is like getting the silver medal at the World Championship.
Besides, I have been a guest speaker at more than 20 international recruiting/sourcing conferences in France, The Netherlands, Ukraine, Germany and the US. I will be the first ever French speaker to Keynote at Sourcecon US in March 2020. But this is not the most important.
What’s important is that I’ve been passionate about sourcing for 7 years, and I started working as a pure talent sourcer over 4 years ago, when sourcing was still confidential. In other words, I was a sourcer way before it became all the rage!
That has allowed me to help over 100 companies recruit around 450 profiles since I started my career. Better still, I have already successfully completed 55+ sourcing assignments. And we’re still counting. By the way, some of my clients have already come back more than 10 times!
In my mission to help fix Attraction in recruitment, I also do some extra stuff:
- I train people to become sourcers. I even set up my own online training platform
- I help companies to set up their own internal sourcing departments
And before all that? Well, I started as a headhunter (nobody is perfect).
